HARSH PRATAP

Harsh Pratap  is an experienced maritime lawyer and has significant experience working with various Indian and foreign clients in the field of ShipJping, Marine Insurance and International Trade Law, including working with various foreign law firms, ship owners, insurers, cargo interests and P&I Clubs.

Harsh Pratap has been practising law since 2001 and has completed LLM in Maritime Law from the Institute of Maritime Law, University of Southampton in 2005 where he qualified with an overall distinction with particular distinctions in Carriage of Goods by Sea and Admiralty Law.

Shantanu Sudhir Joshi

Shantanu Sudhir Joshi is a law graduate from Savitribai Phule Pune University with a Master’s LLM Degree in International Maritime Laws from Swansea University, Wales, UK. Shantanu also holds a Diploma in Corporate Laws from Indian Law Society’s Law College, Pune. He is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

Saurabh Pramod Patil

Saurabh Pramod Patil with a law degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University, has been practicing since 2020 in various Courts and Tribunals at Pune and Mumbai. He has completed his LLM in Maritime Law from Gujarat Maritime University and also holds a Diploma in Cyber Law from the Asian School of Cyber Laws, which is affiliated with the Government Law College in Mumbai. He is enrolled as an Advocate with the Maharashtra and Goa Bar Council.

Arshi Carol Hemrom

Arshi Carol Hemrom is a law graduate from National Law University Odisha and has obtained a Master’s LLM degree in Corporate Law from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law. She had Maritime Law as her elective subject during her law course at NLUO. She is enrolled as an Advocate with the Madhya Pradesh Bar Council.
